On January 2, 2024, the Canadian government made amendments to the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). As a result, overseas students who have completed one year of a college graduate certificate program are eligible to apply under this stream.
Previously, candidates could apply with a one-year certificate from an authorized institution only if the program required the completion of a degree as an admission requirement.OINP.
